What happens when I buy online?
1. Payment
We accept all credit card payments.
2. Confirmation
After you’ve made a payment, we’ll show you a confirmation on-screen then send you a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours have a peek in your junk box as they can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us on [email protected]
3. Delivery
Delivery takes 3 working days and incurs a €5 delivery fee.
4. Faulty Items
If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help.
We reserve the right to test the product before accepting it back for refund or replacement.
